Repeat Prescriptions

Please request repeat prescriptions in writing, or preferably by using the tear off sheet of your prescription.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. Ask at reception for information about registering for this service.

Only in exceptional circumstances of poor mobility will telephone requests be accepted.

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made at least 48 hours before they are required.

Some pharmacies offer a collect and delivery service, please contact your pharmacy for more information.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
